DIAMONDBACK TERRAPINS
Homer was recently commissioned to create two heroic-sized Diamondback terrapins that he sculpted in clay and were cast in bronze. He worked from live terrapins in his studio. The bronze casts of the terrapins nest permanently upon the driveway columns at Ed and Kelly Woods’ home on the eastern shore of Maryland.
