BRIGID GODDESS OF HEALING This commission was a collaboration between the artist, a woman recovering from breast cancer and her close friends who wanted to give her a sculpture gift. Homer chose Brigid the Celtic Goddess of Healing as the subject. Donna modeled for the sculpture, since she was in the midst of healing herself.
